Role In The Organization
We are seeking a Paid Media Team Lead with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in running high-budget campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. We specialize in large-scale real estate marketing campaigns, including end-to-end project launches and marketing efforts tailored to the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies specifically tailored to real estate developers' marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid media efforts with overall real estate marketing goals and client deliverables.
• Drive month-on-month performance improvement to ensure higher ROI for real estate campaigns.
• Campaign Management:
