Role Description The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for organizing and monitoring service activities for rental gensets and related equipment. This role involves scheduling service visits,



coordinating with technicians and the service center, and ensuring timely maintenance and repairs for customers in the assigned region. The Service Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, log service requests, track work orders, and maintain accurate records in line with company processes. The position also includes coordinating logistics for genset deployment and collection, supporting contract execution, and assisting in resolving service-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Collaboration with operations, sales, and technical teams is essential to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.
