The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day engine of Davat's digital presence: plan and publish content, execute organic and paid campaigns, and coordinate digital, creative and influencer agencies so that every post, campaign and report is on time, on brand and measurable.

• Social media & content: Manage brand handles on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn; execute the monthly content calendar; write briefs for reels, posts and videos; review copy and creatives for brand tone and claims compliance; maintain the content library; adapt content for Hindi / English / Gujarati and for marketplace and quick-commerce listings.
• Campaign management: Plan and execute digital campaigns end to end (objective, audience, budget, creative, launch, optimisation, closure report); run and optimise Meta and Google campaigns with agency support; coordinate influencer and creator programmes.
• Agency & vendor coordination: Single point of contact for digital, creative, production and influencer agencies; issue briefs, track timelines, review quality,



keep agency scorecards; raise POs and close invoices with Marketing Operations.
• Reporting & analytics: Weekly performance snapshot and monthly dashboard (reach, engagement, CPM / CPC / CPL, traffic, campaign ROI) using platform insights; recommend what to scale, fix or stop.
• Brand governance: Follow brand guidelines and approval workflows; monitor trends, competitors and negative mentions; escalate risks to the manager within hours.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills for planning and executing digital campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Digital Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or beverage brands, is beneficial.
• Proficiency with major social media platforms and common digital marketing tools (e.g., ad managers, email marketing platforms) is preferred.
