Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic L2 Technical Support Engineer who is eager to learn, troubleshoot technical issues, and grow with our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new technologies as required by the team.

Note: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bangalore.
Only Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience are accepted for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in technical support or a related IT role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, applications, and IT troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.




• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Positive teamwork, adaptability, and time-management skills.
• Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
