ABOUT OMSORG
Omsorg is a premium assisted living and home care provider. We run a residential facility in Sector 57, Gurugram, and offer home care services across India. We are affiliated with Mapple Care, an established aged care operator in Australia, and we bring international standards of care to Indian families. We are growing quickly and need a commercial leader to drive that growth.

THE ROLE
You will own the full sales cycle, from the first enquiry to a signed admission. You will speak with families making one of the most significant decisions of their lives, and you will build referral partnerships with hospitals, doctors and organisations across NCR. You will report directly to the Founder & CEO.

You do not need a medical background. We will train you on care services, and our clinical team assesses every admission with you. What we need is someone who knows how to sell.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Family Sales and Admissions (B2C)
• Respond to every inbound lead from Meta Ads, the website, WhatsApp and referrals within 15 minutes during working hours




• Run discovery calls to understand each family's situation and recommend the right care plan
• Conduct facility tours and home care assessments, present pricing with confidence, handle objections and close
• Follow up consistently until every lead reaches a clear decision. No lead goes without a next step
• Speak with NRI and overseas families in the US, UK, Australia and the Middle East across time zones

Partnerships (B2B)
• Build referral relationships with hospitals, discharge coordinators, geriatricians, physiotherapists and clinics
• Develop channels with corporates, RWAs, senior communities and NRI networks
• Represent Omsorg in meetings with hospital management and partner organisations

Pipeline, Data and Reporting
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date at all times
• Track lead sources, conversion rates and revenue against monthly occupancy and home care targets
• Send a weekly pipeline report to the Founder
