Roles & Responsibilities:
• Define current-state assessments and future-state architectures for enterprise Master Data Management solutions.
• Lead the design and evolution of customer master data platforms, including data models, match and merge strategies, workflows, data quality rules, and governance controls.
• Design and deliver batch, API-based, and real-time integrations across upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership for MDM implementation, production operations, incident resolution, and continuous platform improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and distributed engineering teams to deliver complex MDM initiatives in Agile environments.

Skills Required:




• 11-13 years of relevant software engineering and enterprise data management experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM, Informatica IICS, and enterprise Master Data Management implementations.
• Robust understanding of information management, customer master data, data governance, data quality, and MDM solution architecture.
• Experience designing scalable data models, match and merge processes, workflows, ingestion patterns, and data integration services.
• Ability to lead technical delivery, troubleshoot production issues, and support integrations across complex enterprise platforms.

Good to Have:
• SQL and data modeling experience.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
