Job Description
We are seeking a agile and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager at SJML, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clients while identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth. Your exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and customer-centric approach will be essential in delivering superior service to our valued clients.

Roles & Responsibility
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Customer Centricity: Work closely with Project Teams to track progress on Client Projects. Ensure that the milestones are being achieved through timely and high-quality delivery as per the plan. Proactively highlight any dependencies, risks, or bottlenecks in advance for timely resolution. Escalate any issues and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Account Growth:



Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our CDMO services to existing clients, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead Generation & Business Growth: Drive new business growth by leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, industry networks, strategic prospecting, and smart lead generation to develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, acquire strategic accounts, and build long-term customer relationships that contribute to sustained revenue growth in the medical device and healthcare manufacturing sector.
• Needs Assessment: Understand client’s business objectives, challenges, and requirements to tailor our services and solutions accordingly.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring adherence to company policies and profitability.
