About The Big Blind
The Big Blind is building a founder-focused ecosystem connecting startups, investors, corporates, mentors and ecosystem partners through events, founder conversations, venture building and investment opportunities.
We are looking for a highly energetic and articulate Founder Engagement & Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for speaking with founders who interact with The Big Blind and converting those conversations into meaningful business opportunities.
This is not a traditional telecalling role.
You will be speaking directly with startup founders, understanding their requirements, building relationships and connecting them with the right opportunity within The Big Blind.

What You Will Do1. Founder Calling & Engagement
• Call founders who register for The Big Blind events.
• Speak with founders who enquire about venture building.
• Understand their startup, stage,



sector and current challenges.
• Identify their key requirements around fundraising, growth, partnerships, mentoring and investor access.
• Build a professional relationship with founders.

2. Lead Qualification
Qualify founders based on:
• Startup stage
• Industry
• Current traction
• Fundraising requirement
• Funding stage
• Business problem
• Urgency
• Requirement for venture building
• Interest in events and investor networking

3. Meeting Booking
Convert qualified conversations into:
• Founder discovery calls
• Venture-building discussions
• Investor/event meetings
• Partnership conversations
• Relevant The Big Blind events

4. Follow-ups
• Follow up with founders who do not immediately respond.
• Follow up on event registrations.
• Confirm event participation.
• Follow up after events.
• Follow up on venture-building proposals.
• Maintain a clear next action for every qualified le
