Role Description The Sales Manager / Head of Sales will lead and oversee the sales function to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for Premio Living in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting targets, and monitoring performance across teams and channels. Day-to-day activities include managing key client accounts, supervising the sales team, conducting regular sales reviews,



and coordinating with design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Sales Manager / Head of Sales will play a key role in mentoring team members, optimizing sales processes, and representing Premio Living in client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Solid Account Management skills, including client relationship building, retention, and upselling.
• Solid Team Management capabilities, with experience leading, motivating, and developing sales teams.
