Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, from intake meetings with hiring managers to offer closure and onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions,



and ensure an efficient and inclusive hiring process aligned with SyncUp’s AI-driven approach. The role involves maintaining accurate recruitment data, updating stakeholders regularly, and enhancing candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, managing end-to-end hiring processes for 1–2+ years
• Strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating selection activities
• Proficient Interviewing and Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders clearly and professionally
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and data-driven hiring practices
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
