About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Support Executive to assist international customers with queries related to our online platform. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to provide timely support during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
-Handle international customer queries through calls, emails, and messages.
-Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
-Understand customer concerns and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
-Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reported issues.




-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
-Deliver a skilled and positive customer support experience.

Requirements
-Good verbal and written English communication skills.
-Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with web-based applications.
-Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
-Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
-Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
-Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
-Added Advantage: Experience in a SaaS company, product-based company, or POS (Point of Sale) system.
