Role Description The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient time management. This full time, on-site role, based in Jaipur, includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and accommodations, and preparing expense reports.



The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence, draft and format documents and presentations, and maintain organized electronic and physical records. Responsibilities also include coordinating internal and external meetings, supporting special projects, tracking action items, and following up to ensure timely completion. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, handling sensitive information with discretion, and proactively anticipating executive needs.
