Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OpenText VIM & IC4S (OCR) Functional Analyst with hands-on experience in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), IC4S (OCR), and SAP Accounts Payable processes.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows, vendor invoice processing, OCR-based invoice capture, validation, approval workflows, and exception handling. The candidate will work closely with Finance/AP stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business requirements, troubleshoot functional issues, support testing, and optimize invoice-processing workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, support, and improve invoice-processing workflows using OpenText VIM.
- Support PO-based and Non-PO invoice-processing scenarios within SAP.
- Understand and support IC4S (OCR) invoice capture, data extraction, validation,



and verification processes.
- Manage invoice approval workflows, exception handling, holds, and rejection scenarios.
- Gather business requirements from Accounts Payable, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders.
- Perform functional analysis and coordinate with technical teams to resolve application issues.
- Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect analysis, and resolution.
- Assist with production support and troubleshooting of invoice-processing issues.
- Maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
- Identify opportunities to improve invoice automation, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in functional analysis, consulting, or enterprise application support.
- Hands-on experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
