Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for leading the HR function and supporting organizational growth. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management,



compensation and perks, and employee engagement. The Senior Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards, and support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. Daily activities include partnering with business heads, resolving employee relations issues, managing HR data and reporting, and driving learning and development initiatives. The role also involves mentoring the HR team, promoting an inclusive workplace culture, and contributing to strategic decisions that enhance retention and efficiency.
