The Role
You will identify, build, and scale high-impact growth initiatives across multiple channels:
• Organic Growth & Content Engines: Build scalable organic growth through viral content engines, content production, creator and educator networks, SEO, community-led growth, and innovative distribution channels.




• Performance Marketing & Media: Drive inorganic user acquisition through performance marketing, integrated 360-degree media planning and buying, and continuous optimisation of acquisition economics.
• Brand Building & Partnerships: Lead brand-building initiatives, high-impact brand activations, strategic partnerships, and campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and growth.
• Distribution Networks: Build and scale alternative distribution channels through sub-brokers, agents, financial advisors, research analysts, affiliates, and other partner ecosystems.
• New Growth Initiatives: Continuously identify untapped growth opportunities, experiment rapidly, and scale initiatives that demonstrate measurable business impact.

You will work directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff — from identifying the opportunity and defining the strategy to hands-on execution and measurable outcomes.
