• Upload daily holding and segregation files to the NSE and BSE, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Addressed operational and compliance queries from the NSE and BSE promptly and accurately.
• Executed half-yearly internal audit compliance for NSE, BSE, and CDSL net worth submissions for regulatory bodies.
• Delivered compliance reports to NSE, BSE, and CDSL on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
• Oversaw N-MASS for client allocation, upstream and downstream fund management, and CIM login administration for client's fund.
• Monitored and updated daily circulars and announcements from NSE, BSE, CDSL, and SEBI for internal distribution.
• Employed CDSL Back Office Portal (CDAS)for daily depository operations & Quarterly Surveillance report .
• Facilitated monthly and quarterly client settlements.
• Formulate policy for stock brokers and depository participants at NSE, BSE, CDSL, and SEBI.
