Sehgal Foundation invites applications for the position of Accounts Associate on an annually renewable fixed-term contract.

Location: Sanand, Gujarat
Reporting: Manager Finance & Accounts
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in relevant field.

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in accounting, financial management, taxation, and administrative operations, preferably in the development sector.




• Working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, FCRA regulations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
• Robust skills in bookkeeping, budget monitoring, expense verification, financial reconciliation, and documentation.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with field teams, vendors, and Head Office personnel.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to billing and procurement staff and coordinate regional finance and administrative activities.
• Willingness to undertake field visits for financial verification, monitoring, and audit-related activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to prepare financial statements and expenditure
