About Our Client:
We are pre-revenue and launch within the next quarter, with Amazon and quick commerce as core
launch channels. These channels are also where margins are won or lost, through ad spend, fees, fulfilment and discounting. We need one senior owner who has taken brands from zero on these platforms and can give every brand a shared playbook, the right team and open doors at the platforms. This person designs the playbook and the org behind it, and does not run campaigns
day to day.

Key responsibilities:
• End-to-End Launch Playbooks: Build and lead a repeatable D2C launch engine—defining growth plans,



channel mix, positioning, and foundational tracking setups across incoming brand batches.
• Full-Funnel Ad Engine Management: Own strategy and scaling across Meta (Advantage+, prospecting, retargeting) and Google (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) with deep focus on CAC, ROAS, MER, and payback targets.
• Creative & Content Direction: Partner with content and creative teams to brief compelling angles, formats, and hooks; systematize a reusable library of winning ad concepts and creative testing frameworks.
• Systematization & Low-Touch Handover: Package successful launch mechanics into operational templates and standards so brand executors can run subsequent cohorts with minimal oversight.
• Platform & Agency Leadership: Serve as the senior liaison with Meta and Google India teams for betas, credits, and support; guide brand-level growth executors and lead root-cause analysis when performance
