Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help in drafting and updating HR policies, supporting employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating basic employee engagement initiatives.



Additional tasks may involve assisting with documentation related to employee benefits, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth HR processes. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to HR practices and the chance to learn from experienced professionals.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including the ability to assist in documentation and basic policy communication.
• Awareness of Personnel Management concepts, such as maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding activities.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
