To lead regional operations and project delivery including HRMS Implementation Vertical for the Region. Will be responsible for but not limited to presales, requirement gathering, project defining, project management, client servicing, implementation, Product enhancement, Back-end configuration, Database management, customer support and Customer Success. The job holder will also be responsible for defining & managing budgets and contributing to building word class HRMS product.
Responsibilities:
• To manage end to end project lifecycle including but not limited to requirement gathering, scoping, and preparation of project roadmaps with transparent timelines for delivery,
allocate deliverables & monitor progress, take corrective actions wherever required and deliver projects.
• To drive, manage& monitor team to ensure timely and quality delivery of solution.
• Managing steering com meetings to ensure overall project timelines, quality and Customer Success
• To support the Business Development team in conducting demos, requirement gathering, designing appropriate solutions and creating proposals.
• To work with Product Development team & extend guidance for product improvement and providing insights through market intelligence and product benchmarking/Competition analysis.
• Ensure best customer experience by offering best in class customer support within agreed Turn Around Time
• Developing performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of Functional, Implementation & Support Consultants
• Will be the escalation
