We are looking for a Category Manager – E-Commerce to drive the growth and management of ALLEN's products across leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
The role will be responsible for category growth, marketplace performance, assortment, pricing, inventory, promotions and hands-on execution of marketplace marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities• Manage and grow ALLEN's product categories across Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
• Drive category performance across revenue, GMV, margins, assortment and product availability.
• Manage product listings, catalogue quality, pricing, promotions and marketplace visibility.
• Plan and execute marketplace advertising and marketing campaigns using tools such as Amazon Ads, Sponsored Ads, Brand Store and other marketplace advertising platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimize ROAS, TACOS, conversion and marketing ROI.
• Manage ALLEN's presence across Quick Commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Now and similar platforms.
• Drive Q-Commerce onboarding, assortment, pricing, promotions,
inventory availability and visibility.
• Monitor competitor assortment, pricing, promotions and marketplace trends.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Publishing, Warehouse, Finance and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare category forecasts and identify opportunities for new products, bundles and campaigns.
• Track category-level performance and provide actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.
What We're Looking For• 3–6 years of experience in E-Commerce Category Management, Marketplace Management or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon/Flipkart or other major marketplaces.
• Solid understanding of marketplace advertising and marketing tools.
• Experience with Quick Commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Now, etc.
• Experience in EdTech, Education, Books or Consumer Productswill be an advantage.
