Ltd. QHT Clinic is looking for a skilled, result-oriented Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Manager who can independently manage overall digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns. The candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, lead generation, website optimisation, and campaign analysis. The role focuses on building brand awareness, generating quality leads, and improving marketing ROI. One candidate must be able to handle both Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing. 1. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.




• Run campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Generate quality leads while maintaining an efficient cost per lead (CPL).
• Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, keyword research, and ad copy optimisation.
• Monitor conversions, ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise campaign performance. 2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
• Manage company social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop social media strategies and content calendars.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors for posts, reels, ads, and promotional content.
• Schedule and publish content; monitor engagement, reach, and growth.
• Maintain consistent brand communication across digital platforms. 3. SEO & Website Management
