Metanoia is a youth travel company built around one straightforward idea: you don't need to wait for your friends to travel. We curate group trips for solo travellers aged 18–35 across some of the world's most exciting destinations.
Now we're looking for someone who can make people want to travel with us before they've even been on the trip.
This isn't just a posting job.
We're looking for someone who can spot a great idea, turn it into a Reel, write the hook, build the story, think of the next campaign, understand why something worked (or didn't), and keep coming back with “What if we tried this?”
You'll own the thinking behind what Metanoia puts out on social — from Reels, Stories and Carousels to Meta ads, campaigns and everything in between.
