Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad.



The Sales Manager will lead and develop a sales team focused on acquiring and growing relationships with law firms, legal practices, and other skilled service organizations that benefit from offshore support. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, building pipelines, conducting prospecting and outreach, leading client presentations and negotiations, and closing deals aligned with company services. The role also involves collaborating with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate scoping of services, and long-term client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
