Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven and execution-focused Business Head – Global Sales to lead business development, manage sales teams, strengthen client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth across international markets.
This is a leadership position combining global sales, team management, key account growth,



business expansion and cross-functional coordination.
The candidate will take ownership of team performance, sales targets, client escalations and commercial outcomes while working closely with the Founders to identify new revenue opportunities and expand AdSynergiX's global business.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AdTech, digital advertising or performance marketing, with a proven ability to manage teams, close business and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilites:

• Global Sales & Business Development: Drive current business acquisition across India, SEA, MENA, Europe and the US, building strategic relationships with brands, agencies, affiliate networks and advertising partners.
• Revenue Ownership & Growth: Own monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring consistent business growth, pipeline development and profitability.
