Designation: Production Manager / Production In-charge

Job Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage pharmaceutical liquid formulation manufacturing operations, specifically Liquid ORS in Tetra Pak with HRS process . The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, ensuring GMP compliance, maintaining production documentation and managing the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day pharmaceutical liquid production activities, including dispensing, compounding, mixing, filtration and filling.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP, approved SOPs, BMRs and BPRs.
- Review and maintain batch manufacturing records and other production documentation.
- Supervise production staff and manage manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and Warehouse teams for smooth production operations.
- Monitor process parameters, production yield, wastage and productivity.
- Handle deviations, support investigations and implement CAPA.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, line clearance, housekeeping and safety standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports and support internal, customer and regulatory audits.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Experience:



6+years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical liquid production.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Liquid ORS manufacturing in Tetra Pak with HRS process.
- Robust knowledge of liquid formulations, particularly solutions and suspensions.
- Good understanding of cGMP, SOPs, BMRs, BPRs and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Experience in production planning, team handling and GMP-compliant manufacturing operations.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination and communication skills.
