Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced professional who can manage IT business development activities while leading and guiding the technical team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of IT services, client acquisition, project estimation, team management, and end-to-end project delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
• Identify and acquire new clients for website development, mobile applications, software development, and other IT services.
• Generate business through LinkedIn, Upwork, freelance portals, email marketing, and other channels.
• Manage client relationships, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals.
• Handle international clients, conduct meetings, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation,



costing, and proposal preparation.

Technical Team Leadership
• Lead and manage developers, designers, and other technical team members.
• Oversee projects involving PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, React, Flutter, and mobile app development.
• Review project requirements, technical feasibility, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, code quality, deadlines, and successful delivery.
• Coordinate between clients and developers to ensure smooth communication and timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and support the team in resolving project issues.

Required Skills• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT business development and technical/project team management.
• Strong understanding of website development, mobile applications, and software development services.
