About the Role :

At PREWAL Studio, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to support our outbound business development and marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with the Founder’s Office to execute structured lead generation, prospect research, email outreach, and follow-up workflows.
The overall outreach strategy, target markets, messaging direction, and operational frameworks will be developed by the leadership team. Your responsibility will be to execute these workflows efficiently, maintain high-quality prospect data, identify potential business opportunities, and ensure that no promising lead falls through the cracks.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys research, structured execution, communication, problem-solving, and working with data.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire outbound execution cycle,



from identifying the right prospect to ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Lead Generation & Prospect Research
• Research target companies, industries, and prospects based on predefined criteria and business development priorities.
• Identify relevant decision-makers, key stakeholders, and potential points of contact within target organizations.
• Source and verify skilled email addresses, business phone numbers, and other relevant contact information.
• Build, maintain, and continuously update a structured database of potential leads.
• Evaluate leads based on relevance, company profile, role, and alignment with the defined target audience.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and organization.

2. Email Outreach & Campaign Execution
• Execute outbound email campaigns using approved messaging templates, targeting criteria, and workflows.
