Role Objective
The Area Head – Secured Loans will be responsible for building, managing, and growing Finance Buddha’s Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business across the Bengaluru market. The role will focus on expanding the DSA/channel partner network, strengthening lender relationships, improving partner productivity, and delivering sustainable disbursement growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Target Ownership: Own monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets for Home Loans and LAP across Bengaluru; prepare and execute market-wise sourcing plans.
• Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify, acquire, onboard, and activate DSAs, connectors, builders, property
consultants, and other relevant sourcing partners.
• Partner Activation & Productivity: Drive partner engagement, conduct product and process training,



improve login-to-sanction and sanction-to-disbursement conversion, and scale high-performing partners.
• Lender & Product Management: Work closely with banks and NBFCs to understand product programs, eligibility,pricing, credit policies, documentation, and turnaround times; route cases to suitable lenders.
• Relationship Management: Build solid relationships with active partners and lender teams, resolve escalations, and ensure a consistent partner experience.
• Team Leadership: Guide and monitor the assigned sales/channel team, set clear targets, review productivity, and coach team members to improve performance.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, lender appetite, market trends, sourcing opportunities, and partner expectations across Bengaluru.
