Role Description The Sales Business Development role at SRISHTI ECO-TECH SOLUTIONS is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.



This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a robust sales pipeline across target sectors and regions. The team member will conduct market research, understand client needs related to EPR compliance, and present tailored solution offerings to prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers, delivering sales presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and supporting account onboarding in collaboration with internal teams. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, tracking performance against targets, and providing feedback to improve service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
