Role OverviewAIRTAXI is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, financial records, and statutory documentation. The ideal candidate must have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and Zoho Books, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely compliance.
Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions using Zoho Books.
• Handle GST compliance, including return preparation, reconciliation, and related documentation.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, returns, and supporting records.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking.




• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, expense reports, and periodic MIS reports.
• Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal departments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and statutory audits by providing the required financial documentation.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with applicable taxation requirements and company accounting procedures.

Eligibility & Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; M.Com preferred.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Mandatory: Good working knowledge of Zoho Books.
