Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Consultant with at least 3 years in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will excel in managing international clients, achieving revenue targets, and handling the full business development life cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Solid communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage qualified leads and drive them through the complete sales cycle until closure.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate software development and technology solutions.
• Build trust-based relationships with prospective clients and act as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
• Conduct discovery calls, solution discussions, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.




• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs) in coordination with internal teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to propose the best-fit solutions for client requirements.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline and maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and account growth.

Desired Skill Set
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Sales Consulting, or Software Solutions Sales with international clients.
