Senior Social Media Executive – Content Strategy

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Executive – Content Strategy to help shape how IGP shows up on social.
This role is for someone who is deeply plugged into internet culture, trends, creators and content formats, and knows how to turn that understanding into content that people actually want to watch, share and engage with.
You’ll be involved in everything from developing content ideas and social calendars to spotting trends, writing hooks and working with designers, creators and internal teams to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do
Content Strategy
• Develop and execute IGP’s social media content strategy and monthly content calendar.
• Build content pillars, recurring formats and franchises that strengthen IGP’s brand personality.
• Translate campaigns, products, gifting occasions and consumer insights into social-first ideas.
• Identify relevant cultural moments,



trends and conversations that IGP can participate in authentically.

Content & Ideation
• Come up with ideas for Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, memes and other social formats.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions and content narratives.
• Work closely with designers, video editors and the wider marketing team to bring ideas to life.
• Develop content that balances brand building, engagement and product storytelling.
• Keep IGP's social presence fresh, contemporary and distinctly IGP.

Trends & Internet Culture
• Stay constantly updated on emerging trends, memes, creators, formats and conversations.
• Spot opportunities for IGP to participate in culture in ways that feel natural rather than forced.
• Bring proactive content ideas to the table — not just execute what's already been briefed.

Creators & Influencers
• Work with the influencer/creator team on social-first content ideas and briefs.
• Help identify creators, formats and content styles that
