Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our team and help customers maximize the value of our AI-powered product, Chronox AI (chronox.ai). The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, driving product adoption, and improving customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
• Manage customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Ensure smooth customer onboarding and product implementation.
• Understand customer needs and drive product adoption.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

Key Skills Required
• Technical background is mandatory through education, professional experience, or relevant technical knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with positive problem-solving abilities.




• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Basic understanding of software products, IT services, or SaaS solutions.
• Willingness to learn technical products and explain them effectively.

Good to Have: Experience in Customer Success, BDE, Client Servicing, SaaS/IT services, CRM tools, or working with international clients.

Education: B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (IT/CS), or a relevant technical qualification or equivalent technical knowledge.

Experience: 0–3 Years
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)
Salary Budget: ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA
