Role Summary:
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and maintain high-quality online course content for the Microsoft Skilled Certificate in AI-Powered Advertising Strategy. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in digital advertising, campaign management, marketing analytics, and AI-assisted workflows, combined with a genuine passion for teaching and dynamic on-camera instruction.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Discovery & Alignment: Validate Job Task Analysis (JTA) documents, Coursera In-Demand Topic (IDT) frameworks, and Program Architectures to ensure content directly aligns with industry requirements for beginner marketers.
• Content Development & AI Augmentation: Create comprehensive instructional materials including case studies, campaign setup briefs, media plans, and creative guidelines. Substantively enhance AI-generated drafts with first-hand campaign scenarios, bid strategy trade-offs, CPA/ROAS targets, and specific practitioner context.
• Core Technical Instruction: Develop content across search/display formats, audience intent modeling,



LinkedIn Profile Targeting, Universal Event Tracking (UET), Microsoft Clarity UX analytics, Power BI dashboards, and Copilot prompt flows.
• Activity Testing & Lab Validation: Complete all learner activities end-to-end as a student across Microsoft Advertising, Editor, Merchant Center, Clarity, UET, Power BI, and Copilot to verify platform feasibility, exact UI references, timing, and dataset accuracy.
• Assessment Design & AI Audit: Design technical quizzes, media plan critiques, and capstone projects. Formulate rubrics to evaluate setup rigor, tracking precision, and human-in-the-loop brand safety auditing for AI-generated assets.
• Multimedia & Video Production: Appear on camera to lead instructional video modules and campaign walkthroughs, while building synthetic datasets, campaign brief templates, and prompt libraries for student labs.
