About the Role
Satin Technologies is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive sales of our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) product. You will handle inbound and outbound sales conversations with HR managers, business owners and other decision-makers. You’ll understand their HR and payroll needs and take each prospect from the first conversation through the product demo to a closed deal.

Job Details
• Experience: [1–3 years] in inside sales, preferably in SaaS or software sales

• Compensation: based on the current ctc + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from the website, digital campaigns and other channels
• Assess prospect requirements across attendance, payroll, leave, employee management and compliance, and show how our HRMS meets them
• Qualify leads by budget, company size, decision-making authority and timeline
• Schedule and conduct product demos, or coordinate them with the pre-sales team

Outbound Prospecting




• Make outbound calls to SMEs and mid-sized organizations to generate new business
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers, including HR heads, founders, and finance and administration managers
• Run multi-channel outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
• Follow up consistently with prospects to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Sales and Closure
• Present product features, pricing plans and value clearly
• Address objections and position the product effectively against competitors
• Prepare and share proposals and quotations, negotiate terms and close deals
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for calls, demos, conversions and revenue

CRM and Reporting
• Keep accurate CRM records of all calls, leads and deal stages
• Submit daily and weekly reports on activity, pipeline and conversions
• Work with the marketing, onboarding and support teams to hand ov
