Job Overview : We are seeking a high-caliber Lead Technical Project Manager / Full Stack Tech Lead to drive end-to-end technical execution across multiple simultaneous initiatives. In this role, you will combine hands-on full-stack development expertise with technical project oversight—architecting solutions, establishing technical direction, and guiding development teams to ensure high-quality delivery within target timelines.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong background in .NET, SQL Server, and up-to-date DevOps,
coupled with exceptional client engagement skills. You will take full ownership of decision-making, navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, and leverage AI tools (such as Claude and GitHub Copilot) to accelerate developer productivity and engineering velocity.

1. Technical Direction & Architecture
• Solution Design: Lead the architectural design and system implementation for complex, multi-tier enterprise software initiatives.
• Hands-on Guidance: Work closely with developer teams to break down requirements, set technical standards, perform code/schema reviews, and unblock engineering roadblocks.
