Role Description The Sr. Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram, focused on growing Paytm’s presence in the local market. The role involves identifying and onboarding new merchants, explaining Paytm’s products and services, and supporting them in adopting digital payment solutions. The Sr. Field Sales Executive will conduct regular field visits, build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, and ensure high levels of product usage and satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets,



performing market research, collecting feedback, and reporting performance metrics and insights to the sales leadership team. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve merchant issues promptly and contribute to local promotional activities and campaigns.
