Integrated Media Strategy & Planning
• Lead end-to-end media planning and allocation across linear television (GEC, regional, FTA etc) and Paid media digital platforms (Mobile, CTV, FAST, Rich Media, Programmatic video etc.)
• Handing Integrated mass-reach TV campaigns and targeted digital marketing
• Should be an execution first person having hands on experience of handling/implementation of media campaigns directly.

2. TV & Video Investment Management
• Oversee large-scale television budget pacing, spot buying, and annual framework deals with major broadcasting networks (e.g., Star, Zee, Sony, Network18).
• Monitor TV campaign delivery metrics, ensuring optimal target rating points (TRPs), cost per rating point (CPRP) efficiencies, and effective frequency.
• Evaluate regional customization and language-specific channel mixes tailored to diverse Indian consumer demographics.

3. Digital & Programmatic Execution
• Drive digital media operations spanning Connected TV (CTV), online video (OLV), programmatic display, paid search, and social media ad platforms (Meta,



Google Marketing Platform, Amazon Ads). [1, 3, 4]
• Implement robust brand safety, viewability, and verification standards across all digital deployments. [1]
• Partner with e-commerce and quick-commerce teams (Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart) to integrate retail media networks into the core digital media strategy.

4. Agency & Stakeholder Management
• Direct and review external media planning, buying agency partners to maintain high campaign execution velocity and creative asset adaptation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers, finance, MIS teams for quick execution.
