Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Director – Capital Raising to lead equity fundraising initiatives for Triverra Holdings and its portfolio ventures.

This role is ideal for a fundraising professional with a solid network of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), family offices, and other equity investors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently driving investor outreach, developing strategic relationships, and closing fundraising commitments. The role will initially be an individual contributor position,



with opportunities to build and lead a fundraising team as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead equity fundraising initiatives for Triverra Holdings and its portfolio companies.
• Leverage an established network of HNIs, UHNIs, multi-family offices, business promoters, and strategic investors.
• Independently source and engage potential investors to generate fundraising opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with family offices, investment bankers, investment advisors, CXOs, and CFOs.
• Manage the fundraising process from initial outreach and investor discussions to negotiations and closure.
• Develop fundraising strategies aligned with the company's capital requirements and growth plans.
• Coordinate with internal leadership and external partners to structure and execute fundraising initiatives.
• Support the development of a long-term Alternative Investment Fund
