Role Description
- Develop and grade accurate patterns from design specifications, tech packs and samples for a variety of apparel categories
- Daily responsibilities include pattern drafting, grading, and adjustments to meet size ranges, fit requirements, and fabric characteristics, as well as coordinating with designers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure patterns are production-ready
- The role also involves making pattern corrections based on buyer comments, checking garment fits through sample evaluations, identifying construction or fit issues, and making necessary corrections to patterns and markers

Qualifications
- 3+ years of pattern making experience in garment export
- Strong in CAD pattern making - OPTITEX
- Manual pattern making skills are a big plus
- Experience with womenswear and woven fabrics (linen/cotton) preferred
- Positive understanding of fit, grading and fabric behaviour
