Managing projects from "This sounds cool" to "It's live."

Keeping timelines realistic (or at least less unrealistic).

Working with Product, Engineering, Design,



QA, and Business teams without starting a civil war.

Tracking progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and the occasional mystery issue that appears 5 minutes

before release.

Writing documentation that people actually read.

Running Agile ceremonies without making everyone question their life choices.

Sharing Updates That Answer

What's happening?

What's blocked?

Who's fixing it?

Why is this suddenly urgent?

Preventing small issues from becoming "all-hands-on-deck" incidents.
