Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Formulation Research and Development role based in Jaipur. The professional in this position will design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical formulations, including pre-formulation studies, compatibility assessments, and stability evaluations. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing laboratory experiments, interpreting analytical data, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, production, and marketing to support scale-up, technology transfer, and product lifecycle management. The individual will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, maintain accurate lab records, and stay updated on scientific and industry developments relevant to formulation research.

• Candidates should possess sales-related understanding or exposure to support technical discussions with business partners and align product development with market needs.
• Relevant qualifications include a degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred for advanced R&D; responsibilities).
• Experience in formulation development, pre-formulation studies, and familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, ICH) is highly beneficial.
