Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for leadership, process excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic BPO Operations Manager to lead our operations team and drive business performance.

? Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day BPO operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team leaders and operations teams.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop strategies to improve team performance and achieve business targets.
• Handle client relationships, escalations, and performance reviews.
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

? Requirements✅ 8–10 years of experience in BPO operations, including team management.




✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proven experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, and large teams.
✅ Ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
✅ Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
