We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Media Sales Manager from the media sales or publishing industry to drive advertising and sponsorship revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess robust industry connections, excellent sales capabilities, and a proven track record in media space selling, print/digital advertising sales, sponsorships, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate revenue through media sales, advertising sales, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and agencies.
• Sell advertising solutions across print, digital, events, and publishing platforms.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, editorial, and event teams for successful campaign execution.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations,



and negotiations to close business deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and revenue analysis for management review.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in media sales, publishing sales, advertising sales, or sponsorship sales.
• Field Sales Experience Required.
• Strong network with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of print media, digital media, publishing, and event sponsorship sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
