Role Description The Event Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role for female candidate based in Faridabad, responsible for planning and executing wellness events, workshops, and corporate programs that reflect Samagra Wellness’s values and offerings. This role includes coordinating event logistics, such as venue setup, schedules, equipment, and materials, while ensuring a smooth experience for attendees and instructors. The Event Coordinator will manage registrations, handle guest inquiries,



provide in office support, and maintain high standards of customer service throughout each event. The role also involves collaborating with the studio team to promote events, track attendance and feedback, and contribute ideas to enhance future programs and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, with experience organizing small to medium-scale events or workshops.
• Candidates should have excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with participants, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should demonstrate Sales skills, including promoting events, handling inquiries, and supporting conversions from leads to registrations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events or tasks simultaneously.
