Role Description The Audit Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for leading audit engagements from planning through execution, including defining audit scope, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery. The Audit Team Lead reviews working papers and audit reports, ensures adherence to internal methodologies and regulatory requirements, and provides guidance and feedback to team members. Responsibilities include performing detailed financial and IT audit procedures,



analyzing data for risk and control weaknesses, and presenting findings and recommendations to management and clients. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting process improvements, and mentoring junior auditors to build capability within the team.
