• Loves taking the helm in people, culture and anything people oriented really(Hiring, Ops, and whatever needs to be solved :))
• More importantly, can roll your sleeves when it comes to setting things right and getting your hands dirty and get the job done
• Have worked with Founders and know how crazy shit can get

• Have experience in core people functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance management and anything really, that the startup needs
• Ability to design and optimize people processes, policies, and systems in a startup or fast-growing workplace.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfort working closely with founders and cross-functional teams, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Degree: Preferably from IIMs and someone from Bangalore, even better
