MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receipt inspection of parts received by own hands & report making
• Information to supplier for non-conformity observed if any by raising 8D
• Follow up for RCA with supplier & closure of 8D
• Packed material dock audit
• 8D closure for Q issues reported by customer




• Support to SCM for closure of packaging issues raised by customer
• Monthly report generation of receipt inspection
• Improvement plan for supplier improvement
• Audits at supplier if situation demands
• to get Calibration done of measuring equipment & gauges from third party
• R&R; of measuring system.

REQUIREMENTS
• Educational Level: Diploma with 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
• Skilled Experience: Hands on experience of inspection using different measuring instruments & gauges
• Basic computer literacy to make reports & issue mails
• Ready to work in shifts
• Must have handled & proficiency in inspection with vernier, micrmeter, surftest equipment, profile projector & differant gauges etc
• Basic GDNT knowledge
• Leadership Level: Junior level with good teamwork
