Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and departments.
• Support daily HR operations and employee engagement activities.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
